If I create a path by selecting the background with the magic wand, is there a method of turning the outlined graphic into a clipping path?
When I create the path, the clipping option remains greyed out. I simply want the background to become transparent, using Photoshop EPS format - I can't take the easy way out by having separate layers, as I need to keep manipulating the complete image in Quark. |

Hi Harry, Welcome to EW.
You can invert the selection and delete the bits you don't need. EPS will give you good scaling on a vertor image, not very good for a rasterised image. Postscript files are mostly used in print, not web based graphics (unless its a vector). |
