Default Games for Linux?

OK - what games would linux users recommend.

I like the Role Playing Games or simple match three games like Luxor.

There is a package selector (not sure what it is called, but it is part of the configuration package) and from there you can choose to install any manner of software items including games - I just wondered if anyone could recommend a particularly good one?
